Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S, M (an Onyx worth at least 150 gp)
Duration: Instantaneous
Casting Time: 1
Area of Effect: One creature
Saving Throw: 1/2 Damage

A bolt hits a creature in range, and great pain takes over the targets mind. The target must make a saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 1d6 psychic damage per caster level and falls prone. If the target succeeds on its saving throw, it takes half as much damage and isn't knocked prone.
