You sacrifice some of your health to mend another creatures' injuries. You take 1d6 necrotic damage, per caster level (maximum 10d6), which can't be reduced in any way, and one creature that you can see in range regains the same number of hit points equal to the necrotic damage you take. Excess hit points are lost after 1d4 rounds plus one round per caster level.
