[2025/10/13 14:50] Sapphire: Half an hour later, you all are hauled to the guards barracks, for lack of any more formal law enforcement organization in this village. They put the knight onto an improvised stretcher, but even with the healing injection, he's not doing well at all.
[2025/10/13 14:50] Sapphire: The xi-drakes have been locked up into the barn for now, though the various holes in the dirt suggest this is not the most secure solution.
[2025/10/13 14:50] Sapphire: Mother Argon has come over after much shouting to try and help sort all this out, "How did you two get into such trouble with the wandering Angulan Knights this quickly?" she asks, both of Novaya and of Robin, as well as looking over to Jess. They're currently trying to attend to Sir Alan, a damp squid wrapped around their arm and his, the skin tone shifting in waves between red and purple. She occasionally opens a pocket of her robes and pulls out some sort of potion.

"These are some of the most vicious scull fractures I've seen on someone, I have to admit. If it weren't for these I'd be much less sympathetic to Jess's position. How did things come to this so quickly?" they lament
[2025/10/13 15:11] Mecha: Robin looks at Argon. " Here's the deal we found the Ba.. the Drakes we fed them, cared for them and rode them here. Moved them to a barn so they could eat mice and be safe while we ran the job you sent us on. Come back and the knight on the table there threatens them. To me they are my babies. I fed them cared for them and nurtured them with my friends help here. So since I felt someone threatened my babies I was ready to defend them. and now we're here."
[2025/10/13 15:13] Sonja Bikergrrl: Novaya: "Once again, these vicious thugs attacked unarmed women without provocation. They got their asses kicked, deservedly. Had they been peaceful, this would not have happened. All this is on their hands. I'd suggest you don't associate with thugs, especially if they're so weak - and cowardly."

[2025/10/13 15:16] Mecha: They were properly kept, and from our actions they were protected. They were in very good hands." Robin takes a moment and catches her breath. "I think this fighting between you two is gonna cause more problems."

Speaking against one bad apple would be within her power, but not the knights in general.

Your team is free to leave at this pint, though as you head out the other knights are definately giving sour looks. Rumor is moving quickly through the townsfolks, if you wish to interact with that process.
